Welcome to Cocktails at Jays! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cocktails at Jays social and dating platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel through your app store or account settings.
  • All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Safety & Disclaimers

  • Cocktails at Jays does not conduct criminal background checks on users.
  • We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. Use caution and common sense when interacting with others.
  • We do not guarantee that you will find a match, date, or relationship through the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for any reason we deem necessary. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy of content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cocktails at Jays is not liable for:
